General terms of supply for the product photography services provided by Fotodiprodotti. Last updated: August 26, 2026.

Fotodiprodotti provides professional product photography services for e-commerce, including shooting, retouching, color correction and delivery of files in JPG (white background) and PNG (background-removed) format, as specified in the quote agreed with the customer.
The quote generated through the calculator on the site, or agreed via email/WhatsApp, is indicative until the order is confirmed by the customer. The order is considered confirmed once the deposit referred to in point 4 has been paid.
The "36 hours" delivery time indicated on the site refers to 36 working hours, based on an 8-hour working day, corresponding to a maximum of 4 working days from receipt of the products at the studio, excluding weekends and public holidays. If a package is received at the studio on a Friday, Fotodiprodotti will also work through the weekend to still meet the agreed deadline. For large orders (over 500 pieces) or on-location shoots, timing is agreed separately with the customer. If the work is not delivered within 15 working days from receipt of the package and payment of the deposit, the customer is entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund of the deposit paid.
Payment for the service is split into two installments: 40% of the total upon arrival of the package at the studio, as a deposit confirming the order — work begins only once this deposit has been received; 60% of the total as final balance, upon completion of the work and before delivery of the final files. If the deposit is not paid within a reasonable time after receipt of the package, Fotodiprodotti reserves the right not to begin the work and to return the products to the customer at the customer's expense.
The photographs and files produced remain the property of Fotodiprodotti until full payment of the agreed fee. Usage rights to the images transfer to the customer only upon full payment of the balance. If the balance is not paid, the customer does not acquire any usage rights to the images produced, and Fotodiprodotti reserves the right to seek compensation for any damages, as well as to retain the physical products received until the outstanding amount is paid (right of retention).
The customer is solely responsible for the condition of the products sent and for reproduction rights relating to trademarks, logos or third-party content featured on the products. The customer indemnifies and holds harmless Thomas Toti, holder of Italian VAT number 10968241009, trading as Fotodiprodotti, against any claim, demand or legal action brought by third parties in connection with intellectual or industrial property infringements related to the photographed products.
Fotodiprodotti is not liable for any damage to products received, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. If a product is damaged due to causes attributable to Fotodiprodotti, a new shoot will be carried out free of charge, where possible, at no extra cost to the customer.
The customer has 3 days from receipt of the files to report any defects in the photographs by email (e.g. focus errors or technical defects not attributable to the customer). After this period, the work is considered accepted. If a defect is found to be attributable to Fotodiprodotti, a correction or a free reshoot will be provided.
The service offered by Fotodiprodotti is a personalized service, carried out on specific products supplied by the customer, rather than the sale of ready-made goods. The right of withdrawal provided for distance selling of consumer goods therefore does not apply.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute concerning the interpretation, performance or validity of these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
