From when we receive your products in the studio, we have 36 working hours (based on an 8-hour working day, so up to 4 working days) to shoot, retouch and deliver the files via a secure download link. If your package arrives on a Friday, we also work through the weekend to still meet the deadline. For large quantities (over 500 pieces) contact us to arrange timing. For on-location shoots, delivery is within 48 hours.
You can ship via courier or drop them off in person in Rome (Via Panfilo Castaldi 20) at our studio. Your products are returned via the same courier or you can pick them up. For fragile items we recommend adequate packaging.
Yes. The price always includes the shoot, retouching, color correction, background-removed PNG and white-background JPG. There are no hidden extra costs. For extra services (colored backgrounds, shadows, special compositions) we'll quote the cost upfront.
Yes, we photograph one test product for free. There's no obligation. We review the result together and then you decide whether to proceed.
Via a secure download link. You can download the files for 30 days. We deliver a white-background JPG and a background-removed PNG for each product. Files are renamed with the codes you provide, if you'd like.
Yes. Our photos meet Amazon's guidelines: pure white background (RGB 255,255,255), product filling at least 85% of the frame, high resolution. Let us know in your order if you have specific requirements.
Yes. You can request a colored, patterned or styled background. The cost may vary depending on complexity. For AI-generated backgrounds, check out our AI-Ready service.
The discount is applied automatically: -15% from 50 products, -25% from 100, -35% from 200+. The discount is calculated on the total order, even with different product types in the same shipment.
The online quote is instant: use the calculator on each service page. For custom quotes (large quantities, on-location shoots, lookbook) we reply via email within 24 hours.
Yes. We issue a regular invoice. Please include your tax code, VAT number and billing details with your order.
