Send us your garments

Ship or bring your garments to our studio in Rome, or we come to you. We recommend smaller sizes where possible for the best results.

We prep and shoot

We lay out, steam and position every garment. We shoot the 4 angles with professional lighting on a white background.

Retouching and background removal

Color correction, imperfection cleanup, shadow removal. Every photo is background-removed and also delivered as a transparent PNG.

Delivered in 36 hours

Files via a secure download link. Web-optimized JPG and background-removed PNG. Garments returned within 48 hours.

You get 4 photos per garment: front, back, detail and three-quarter or side. Every photo is delivered both as JPG on a white background and as a background-removed PNG (transparent background).

Not necessarily. We steam and prep the garments ourselves before shooting. If garments arrive very creased, turnaround may be slightly longer. For large quantities, it’s best if garments arrive in good condition.

We recommend sending the smallest size available (S or XS for women, S or M for men). Garments look better and more proportioned. For tailored pieces or one-size items, we work with what you send.

Yes. We can deliver photos on a custom-colored background (light gray, ivory, colored). Just let us know when you order. If you want creative or scene-based backgrounds, check out our Multi-background package or the AI-Ready service.

Yes. Photos are optimized to meet Amazon’s requirements (pure white background, garment filling at least 85% of the frame, high resolution). Let us know in your order if you have specific platform requirements.

Absolutely. You can send sweaters, trousers, jackets, dresses and any other garment in the same order. The price is per garment, and the same volume discount applies to the whole shipment.
